smashbox// i've never been a really big eye shadow wearer if i'm being completely honest. my eyelids are just awkward and small, so it's never looked right on me. however, the taupe and gold colors are perfect for special occasions when just going with mascara isn't quite enough and sometimes a little splash of color is just plain...well, nice. the absolutely pretty coral color is one of my favorites when i'm looking to switch things up a bit. i'm usually one for sticking to the same routine and i'm very fond of the pastel pinks for my cheek accents. when i want a little change though, this is it.
voluminous million lashes excess// boy, oh boy. mascara is my go to, always. so, i am finding myself with a drawer full of numerous mascaras that i have decided to try out. some were wonderful, some just got the job done, and some i should probably just toss (but you see, i have a problem with getting rid of things. whoops.) this lovely little gem though is definitely a keeper. perfect volume. no scent. pretty case (not important in the grand scheme of things, but hey.) no clumping unless of course you layer it on a million times, in which case clumps are gonna happen. overall, great mascara for your every day.
elf face primer// i have mixture skin. oily in some places, dry in others. it gets pretty confusing. so, when it comes to my make-up staying in place, it's kind of a difficult thing. this face primer is a godsend for me. it tames my face and helps my make-up last through the weather conditions and the conditions of my skin in general. it's definitely nice on the bank too, so that's always a plus. love, love.
